SA’s CREST-certified Red Team Further Secures SYNERGY Financial Advisers

Team works on remediation following penetration testing results

 

SINGAPORE (24 May 2021) — S.A. Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. (SA) has recently successfully concluded a vulnerability risk assessment and penetration testing (pentest) for ISO 27001:2013-certified Synergy Financial Advisers Pte Ltd. This was part of SYNERGY’s ongoing compliance work to be in tandem with MAS’ TRM guidelines and consolidates the financial advisory firm’s repute for delivering progressive and reliable standards with the use of technology.

Through regular risk and vulnerability assessments, and the intent and mindfulness towards the protection of their information assets have recently earned the company the IMDA Data Protection Trustmark and establish their status at the forefront of the Financial Advisory industry with regard to its assurance of the data integrity and overall security of SYNERGY’s database and its system.

The guidelines encourage financial institutions to adopt robust practices in managing their technology risk and thereby safeguarding their information assets.
